Welcome!
The 2007 Cornell University Solar Decathlon team is composed of more than 120 students, hailing from all seven of Cornell’s undergraduate colleges as well as the Johnson Graduate School of Management and the Cornell University Graduate School.
Cornell’s culture of independent learning enables the team to control its own destiny. While we are striving for a first-place finish, one of the core tenets of our team is to teach our peers and the public about sustainability and green living. This is in keeping with Cornell’s commitment to campus sustainability: earlier this year, our university president, David J. Skorton, signed the American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment toward climate neutrality.
